Acceptance

By using ZeroDayCops, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable Use

Our tools are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use any tool to:

• Scan, probe, or test infrastructure you do not own or have explicit authorization to test.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or abuse rate limits.
• Attempt to circumvent security controls or access restrictions.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Network and Security Tools

Tools that interact with external infrastructure (port scanners, DNS tools, etc.) require you to confirm authorization before each use. Unauthorized scanning of third-party infrastructure may violate computer fraud laws and will result in account termination.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

ZeroDayCops tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our tools, including but not limited to security incidents resulting from tool output.
